Star Farm

Star Farm was conceived by drummer Ian Wing (Melkor, Necroborne), guitarist-songwriter John Wetzel, bassist Eric Kapner and singer-songwriter JenX|Shauna Hill (JenX & The Brightside, Mad Jenny Band) during Burlington, VT's post-COVID punk explosion. The original 4-set of self-proclaimed "total music nerds" wrote an ambitious range of concept punk-alt originals, bringing on lead guitarist Rich Berry in the fall of 2025 to add texture & more heat to SF's alt-metal-punk-blues fusion sound.

Known for their broad range of raw, thrashy garage punk ("Ten", "Ride or Die"), layered, melodic metal riffs ("Onward", "Scientific Mistress") and Hill's distinctive power vocals, Star Farm knocks the socks off audiences with their sophisticated songwriting & live show energy. Their debut EP, "Cosmic Dispatches (*from a Vermont Farm)" is set for release in February 2026.
